Battle at the Castle Softball

The fourth edition of the Battle at the Castle Softball took place from Monday July 24th through Wednesday July 26th, 2017.  This was an exciting tournament with hard fought games and surprising results.  

After a huge upset against the Cavaliers in the semifinals, the Falcons defeated the Bombers 13-6 in the final game to win the tournament.  

The Falcons are the new BATC Softball champions! 

This was three days of top softball!  

In the four summer editions that have been played, we have had four different winners:

2017: Falcons
2016: Admirals
2015: Cavaliers
2014: Bombers

This year's individual awards were handed out to:

Gold Glove Award: Nicky Uytendaal	Best Hitter Award: Marijn Crouwel	Best Pitcher Award: Kirsten Nierse

Rookie of the Year Award: Britt van Veen	MVP Award: Isanthe Rouwenhorst
